Has it really been 160 issues since the Walking Dead #1 came out? Wow. #160 usually isn’t a milestone but I’d just like to stop for a moment and highlight this issue because the current story line has really gotten me back into it again.
I always like this book and it’s usually in my top ten each month. The Whisperer War, part 4 of which is told in this ish, has seen a return to its hard core roots. I think what I’ve enjoyed most about it is the focus on characters other than Rick, Andrea and Michonne. Dwight has become a major hero of the book. Carl is basically an adult now and intertwined in a tryst that threatens all of the stable communities.
I know I write a lot about this book on here but it’s still one of the best out there. Check it out!
