My pick this week is Action Comics #981 (man oh man are we getting closer to issue #1000!). This week Supes finds himself racing to save the Suicide Squad from Black Vault escapees General Zod, the Eradicator and Cyborg Superman (aka Hank Henshaw).
I’ve thoroughly enjoyed this trip down Evil Villains Memory Lane. It reminds me a great deal of Superman in the 1990s which was fun, adventurous and action packed. Be warned, dear readers, this ish ends on a cliffanger.
