Riddler v Joker

700658_20cafbf3e1f88ff8718d1fb7ef6d15e6f66b45a0When two super villains go head to head, it’s always exciting. When it’s two of the biggest and baddest, the intensity knob goes to 11.

The Joker is going to war with the Riddler and it looks like it’s no holds barred, massively dirty and evil slugfest with Batman and the rest of Gotham caught in the middle. Batman #26, which shipped this week, is the second installment in “The War of Jokes and Riddles.” This issue does not disappoint in terms of action, suspense and overall excitement. Tom King and Mikel Janin are crafting a fantastic story arc that leaves me desperately waiting for the next installment.

DC is doing a much better job of telling stories these days than Marvel. Batman #26 is a great example of this trend that I hope continues for many years to come.
